- All orders received at voguentrends.com shall be shipped at the earliest to the shipping address filled by the customer so that the idem is received within the stipulated time mentioned during the order process.
- The shipping or logistics partner shall be chosen by Voguentrends, depending upon the feasibility and availability of the partners.
- Refund requests must be made within 10 days of the delivery date. After 10 days from the delivery date, you must contact Voguentrends Customer Service to determine the best course of action. Voguentrends will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.
- A copy of the Voguentrends purchase receipt and a copy of the original Voguentrends invoice may be requested prior to Voguentrends Customer Service issuing a Return Authorization.
- Item must be in like-new condition and returned in original packaging with all original accessories, literature and other components(if any). Voguentrends reserves the right to reject any refund request if the item is received damaged or if any accessories, literature or other original components are missing.
- Products received that do not meet the above return criteria may be returned to the customer via ground shipment.
- Voguentrends will be responsible for shipping costs for returning the product to the warehouse.
- Returns may be subjected to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges may be nonrefundable.
- Funds will be credited within 3 to 5 days of receipt of returned item pending qualification and subject to the above criteria.
